It's been a while since I last posted on my blog. I went on holiday a few weeks ago and have been caught up with job hunting, which isn't going anywhere unfortunately - and doesn't help my beauty and fashion obsession!
The weather has been particularly incredible lately in the UK, which has got me in a serious floral craze. I put together a wish list, which I believe is my first, as I am trying to withhold my bad spending habit. As well as floral prints, I've included some beauty products that I need in my life.
From left to right:
Missguided Denyse Tan Cropped Jumper With Racer Neck
I saw this crop jumper whilst browsing Missguided and it seriously caught my attention. It's the perfect crop top for those chilly summer days where you don't want to cover up too much but want to stay warm. They come in a range of colours which is also a plus.
I love this dress so so much. It has a pretty floral print and a partially open back which looks really pretty. It's good for people like me who don't like a full open back. The dress looks quite short which is perfect for petite girls like myself! It's just an overall perfect summer dress.
It wouldn't be summer without a crop top in the wardrobe. Another summer staple with a floral print. I love the lace border it has going on as it's very on trend and looks pretty!
I cannot stress enough how much I NEED this playsuit! It has a gorgeous floral crochet design in a nice white colour. I've been eyeing this playsuit for a while now on the Zara website, waiting for them to have my size in stock. It's probably a good thing they don't!
After hearing rave reviews on this product from fellow blogger emtalks, I've added it to my wish list. It's a mask, moisturiser and primer all in one and it helps to smooth and brighten the face to create the perfect base for foundation.
This is a cleansing product that my favourite beauty guru, Carli Bybel uses. It cleanses 6x better than normal cleansing, unclogs pores and gets rid of any excess dirt. This cleansing system is at the top of my wish list right now and I hope I can afford one soon!
This top would look amazing over a crop cami/bralet. I love the crochet on this and it's one of those tops that would feel refreshing on hot summer days, allowing the skin to breathe whilst not in direct sunlight (if that makes sense?).
Block heeled sandals have made it's way from the 90's to present day. The block heel is such a comfortable way to wear heels without your feet having to pay the price. I need a pair of these in my wardrobe asap. They look comfy, have a lovely strap to prevent your feet falling out and come in lovely pastel colours.
I've heard amazing things across the blogosphere about this high end foundation. I currently own MAC's studio fix fluid and refuse to try other high end foundations, but this has made the bucket list, or wish list rather! I imagine this would look even better during the summer due to it's famous glow so I hope I can try this sometime soon.
Nearly forgot about this one as it's bang in the middle of the photo! I have recently delved into a number of high street foundation brands and I've been quite impressed with the results. There will be a blog post coming soon about the ones I love. I actually hadn't tried this particular foundation on my face, but I have swatched it in-store and I must say - it has a very soft velvety texture. This foundation would go well with a 'no make-up' make-up look. Have any of you tried it? Please let me know what you think of it in the comments below.
So there you have it, this is my May wish list. I imagine my wish list will get even longer by the time it's August - which is probably why I don't usually do wish lists! haha.
Let me know what things you have on your wish list this month in the comments below.
Thanks for reading!
I love that Zara playsuit, it's gorgeous! I've been lusting after a pair of pointed black flats, I just can't find the perfect pair! xx
ReplyDeleteIt's literally my favourite thing at the moment! Aww I'm not sure about flats but know tons of places that sell pointed heels xx
DeleteAmazing - I love the skater dress! :)
ReplyDeleteThe Oxford Owl
Thanks hun xx
DeleteI swatched a few of the loreal nude magique foundation in store i loved the lightness of it but the shades were either to fair and ashy. Maybe thy dont have the whole collection at drugstores...will probably look on their website!
ReplyDeleteI swatched them in store as well and had the same problem :( The darkest shade is too dark for me and the lighter one is too pink toned!
